Privacy of Information

We accept the privacy of information as a matter between the sender and the receiver of the products, in which we only act as an intermediary. This role of being an intermediary gives us the responsibility for protecting the privacy of information. Our website is a bridge between the sender of a product and us for preferences, information about the order and the payment. Related scope of our responsibilities is stated below:

1- Information about the order is not given to any institution or to an individual, except for the sender, the receiver and us, without the consent of the person who gave the information. The scope of this privacy does not include the cases of public security and force majeure.

2- The name and the surname of the sender are not kept secret from the recipient. So please do not ask for the privacy of the name and the surname.

3- The address of the sender and contact information are not given to the receiver without the consent of the sender.

4- Information related to payment (credit card information) is directly transferred into POS system from our website, and cannot be reached by us, either. In POS, privacy of the information is under the responsibility and the authority of the Bank.

5- E-mail address that is mentioned during the process of ordering is not revealed to third parties and is not used in any field that is totally irrelevant to our shop and to your demands.
