In our website, a type of connection encoded with SSL 128-byte is used in order to transfer to us your information about the order. The said way of communication guarantees the security of information flow between your computer and our website within all media where your information is received, sent and transferred after accessing to the ordering form.

1- Only the information about the order (contact information about the sender, information about the receiver and details related to the order) is transferred to us.

2- Your information about the payment (credit card information) is not transferred, and not known to us. This information is not stored by us, in an electronic or written medium. This information is directly transferred to POS system of the Bank during the process of ordering.

3- Transfer of the information into the POS system is totally an electronic process. Neither on the Bank's side nor on our side there is someone as operator. The transfer of the information into POS system is conducted via SSL and only its result can be monitored on the web page that is displayed immediately after the customer, who directly gives the order after provision, has sent the information.

4- After the order has been given, the only thing we can monitor is that, whether the process of payment after ordering is successful or not; if it is successful, the reference number of the operation given by the POS, and if it is not successful, the reason of rejection.

5- In the case of declined operations, the visitor is not informed about the reason of rejection for the purposes of security; if the details of the operation are true, the customer maybe informed via the operator when necessary.
